Delivery

We offer delivery within the UK for £3.50.

We aim to hand make, pack and post your order with 5 working days, but this may be slightly longer during and shortly after special offers.

You will receive an email with all of your order details when you first place your order, and another email once we have packed and posted your order.

Once your order has been posted, it will take 3-5 days to arrive. All our packs are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked.

A signature is required for orders over £80.00 to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel.

Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds can be organised if you’re not happy with your order. Please contact us within 30 days of ordering with your query and to arrange the next steps. Please note, we can only refund unwanted products that are unopened, and this excludes postage charges.

We are really pleased to announce that we have passed the very rigorous process to be Registered with The Vegan Society. Thanks so much to the staff at The Vegan Society who worked with us to ensure that all aspects of our wraps were looked into in great detail. Every ingredient we use has been thoroughly researched and verified by The Vegan Society as having no animal products used at all during the entire manufacturing process. As always we only use GOTS certified organic cotton, this in itself is a hugely important part of our wraps, and the cotton we use has as minimal impact on the environment as possible. We use organic jojoba oil and pine resin too. The pattern is printed with low impact dyes too. Many other vegan wraps on the market don't use organic cotton and use soy wax in their manufacture. We made very conscious decisions right from the start not to use soy wax, and to only use GOTS certified organic cotton. This means that every part of our wraps is sustainable and has as minimal an impact on our planet as possible. So anyone who wants to reduce or completely eliminate their use of single-use plastics or cling film can now be guaranteed that our wraps are 100% vegan and completely animal and cruelty-free.
