Returns Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

When you place an order with us the wraps will be picked and packed by our team here in Nailsworth. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with all of your order details. You will also receive an email once your items are shipped. All our packs are sent out by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class, this allows the package to be signed for when delivered but doesn't offer a tracked option. We aim to ship within 2-3 days but during busy periods like Christmas we aim to ship within 5-7 days. If you need your order urgently please email us with your order number to [email protected].

We are really pleased to announce that we have passed the very rigorous process to be Registered with The Vegan Society. Thanks so much to the staff at The Vegan Society who worked with us to ensure that all aspects of our wraps were looked into in great detail. Every ingredient we use has been thoroughly researched and verified by The Vegan Society as having no animal products used at all during the entire manufacturing process. As always we only use GOTS certified organic cotton, this in itself is a hugely important part of our wraps, and the cotton we use has as minimal impact on the environment as possible. We use organic jojoba oil and pine resin too. The pattern is printed with low impact dyes too. Many other vegan wraps on the market don't use organic cotton and use soy wax in their manufacture. We made very conscious decisions right from the start not to use soy wax, and to only use GOTS certified organic cotton. This means that every part of our wraps is sustainable and has as minimal an impact on our planet as possible. So anyone who wants to reduce or completely eliminate their use of single-use plastics or cling film can now be guaranteed that our wraps are 100% vegan and completely animal and cruelty-free.
